Question 1

What kind of problems does Finlandic Care help with?

Accepted Answer

We help with everyday challenges: big emotions, behaviour and anxiety in children and teens; learning differences such as ADHD and autism; family stress and communication; adult life transitions; and support for older people at home. You get practical tools for real life.

Question 2

What does 'Finnish-rooted expertise' actually mean?

Accepted Answer

Our approach is built on Finland's internationally respected social-services system and on the daily work of our parent company, AvunAvain, which has supported families on behalf of Finnish municipalities since 2013. We combine evidence-based methods with a focus on prevention and the whole family to create lasting, positive change.

Question 3

How do I know which service is right for me or my family?

Accepted Answer

You don't have to decide alone. Start with a free 20-minute first conversation, or take our one-minute guide. We listen to your situation and recommend the most suitable support together with you.

Question 4

Are your services only for crisis situations?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. We can support you through difficult periods, but prevention is at the heart of the Finnish model. We help individuals and families build skills and resilience before challenges become crises.

Question 5

Is this therapy?

Accepted Answer

No. We provide social care, psychosocial support and coaching. We do not diagnose or treat medical or psychiatric conditions. If clinical care is needed, we help you connect with licensed local professionals, and we can continue supporting your everyday life alongside it.

Question 6

How do I get started with Finlandic Care?

Accepted Answer

Book a free first conversation online or message us on WhatsApp. If you already know what you need, you can book and pay for a session directly.

Question 7

What happens after the first conversation?

Accepted Answer

We recommend a service and a professional. At your first paid session, we agree on a personal support plan with clear goals, and we review progress together at regular intervals.

Question 8

How long does a typical support process take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your goals. Some families need a few focused sessions; others benefit from regular support over several months. Packages make longer support more affordable, and you can stop at any time.

Question 9

Are the services delivered online or in person?

Accepted Answer

Both. Online sessions are available wherever you are. Home visits are available in selected cities in Finland, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. You choose when you book.

Question 10

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email. Changes made at least 24 hours before your session are free of charge. See our cancellation & refund policy for details.

Question 11

Which languages do you work in?

Accepted Answer

Arabic, English and Finnish. Choose your preferred language when you book.

Question 12

Who are the professionals I will be working with?

Accepted Answer

Social-care professionals, family workers and coaches trained to the standard of our parent company AvunAvain in Finland. Every professional is background-checked before joining us, following the rules of the country where they work.

Question 13

Is everything we discuss confidential?

Accepted Answer

Yes. What you share stays between you and Finlandic Care. The only exception is when someone's safety is at serious risk or the law requires us to act, and we'll always explain this openly at the start.

Question 14

How is my data stored and protected?

Accepted Answer

We collect only what we need, encrypt sensitive information, host data in the EU and follow applicable data-protection laws, including the GDPR. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Read our privacy notice for details.

Question 15

What kind of organizations do you partner with?

Accepted Answer

Government bodies and public agencies, schools and universities, businesses and clinics, NGOs, and hotels and resorts across MENA and the Gulf, as well as in Finland through our parent company AvunAvain.

Question 16

What services do you offer to organizations?

Accepted Answer

Model-transfer programmes, service design, workforce training, wellbeing programmes, MHPSS for hospitality, and pilots with evaluation. Every programme is adapted to your context, culture and language.

Question 17

How can a partnership benefit our organization?

Accepted Answer

You get a proven way of working from Finland, adapted locally, delivered with your people, and measured against indicators we agree together. The aim is a model you own, not a dependency on us.

Question 18

How do we start?

Accepted Answer

Message us on WhatsApp or request a proposal. We'll arrange a short call to understand your goals and suggest a starting point, often an assessment or a pilot.

Question 19

Will management see what staff discuss?

Accepted Answer

No. Employers receive only anonymised, aggregated insights, never individual content, unless someone is at serious risk and the law requires action.

Question 20

How fast can you respond after an incident?

Accepted Answer

Remote psychosocial support can start within hours. On-site response times are agreed in your contract.

Question 21

Do you replace our clinic or EAP?

Accepted Answer

No. We complement them and can integrate with your existing occupational-health provider or employee assistance programme.

Question 22

Can you work across several properties?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Destination & Group model provides shared protocols, a central training academy and group-level reporting.
